About Our Origin: St. Ann’s School – SAS (ICSE), Chirala (Co-Education) is a Roman Catholic, Minority Institution established by the Sisters of St. Ann(Luzern) on 1983. The society of St. Ann was founded by Fr. Wilhelm Meyer at Luzern in Switzerland.
The school prepares the students for the Indian certificate Secondary Education Examination (ICSE) through English medium.
The students are expected to opt Telugu as their second language. The second language starts from Class UKG to X. Third language starts from Class IV – VII (Telugu Compulsory) Computer Applications is compulsory subject for all the students.
Aim: The object of this institution is to prepare future citizens who would think and work for the Mother land with a spirit of dedication irrespective of their differences in caste, creed or religion. It expects the child to turn out to be person of God and good character from whom knowledge, high principles, culture and refinement will over-flow to the society in which he/she lives.
